Bluewater Showcases Water-Built-For-Coffee Tech At Coffee Fest Chicago 2026

Bluewater USA Inc partners with PRO Coffee Gear to demonstrate how water optimization can unlock better flavor, consistency, and café performance

CHICAGO, IL, June12, 2026 -- Coffee professionals perfect every detail of brewing, but water – one of the most influential ingredients – often gets overlooked.

At Coffee Fest Chicago 2026, happening June 12 and 13 at Chicago’s Navy Pier, Bluewater USA Inc. will team up with PRO Coffee Gear at Booth 407. They will show how advanced water treatment and mineralization can help cafés, roasters, and baristas improve flavor clarity, consistency, equipment life, and overall quality in every cup.

Visitors to the booth can try Bluewater’s professional coffee water platform, including the Bluewater Café Station. This system uses the company’s SuperiorOsmosis™ purification and LiquidRock® mineralization technologies. These tools help coffee professionals make water that is ideal for brewing, leading to better extraction, clearer flavors, and more consistent results.

During the event, Bluewater’s coffee expert Michael Fleischman will brew coffees from well-known specialty roasters Proud Mary Coffee and Be Bright Coffee. Attendees can taste for themselves how water composition affects sweetness, balance, body, and flavor.
