Bluewater to showcase remarkably compact Pro 400 water purifier at NAFEM providing market-leading pure water delivery

Kansas City, Kansas, February 5, 2019 – Bluewater debuts at the NAFEM foodservice trade show in Orlando this week set on demonstrating how technology developed in Sweden can deliver businesses pure water on an unparalleled scale from extremely compact direct-flow water purifiers.

“The combination of small size and high capacity, direct-flow and easy operation puts a sparkle into any foodservice-related business wanting to pair pure water with other professional kitchen appliances ranging from ice makers to dishwashers, coffee machines and espresso makers,” said Lin Guo, Bluewater U.S. sales chief at the company’s U.S. head office in Overland Park, Kansas.

Measuring just 18.3 inches high and 8.9 inches wide, the compact Bluewater Pro offers an outstanding water delivery capability to foodservice, restaurant, and catering businesses, efficiently generating up to 1,825 gallons of direct-flow water a day.

WQA certified, Bluewater Pro harnesses the company’s patented reverse-osmosis technology called SuperiorOsmosis™, which delivers a unique engineering solution that ensures the membrane is continuously washed while in use to increase filtration efficiency, boost operating capacity and provide a long service life.

“We are out to wow America’s foodservice professionals with brand-new, cutting-edge water purifiers and the support services to match that can benefit multiple applications and deliver reliable peace-of-mind results, improved quality, and better profitability,” said Ms. Guo.

Bluewater Pro can be seen in action on booth # 1583 and visitors will be able to try the quality of the water delivered from a unit that is already a significant sales success in Europe, China, and South Africa.
